Pastoral Care - looking after them

Ripley Court is a small prep school, where the parents know the teachers and the teachers know all the pupils – and indeed where the Headmaster is able to teach all the pupils form the age of six until they leave. This means that our attention to the personal needs of the children is unparalleled.

We also have the highest disciplinary expectations, which means that the children are nearly always nice to each other – which helps to make for happiness. The tone is set by the Headmaster, and reinforced by the teachers at assemblies, during Personal and Social Education lessons, and in the normal teaching routine.
